Are you looking for a circle of like minded folks to embark on a weekly journey of connecting to your mind, body and spirit? Begin your week with a gentle meditation and energy clearing with this Chakra Meditation and Energy Balancing series. This hour long gathering will offer space to learn about specific chakras, be guided on a meditation using gentle music and conscious soft breathing to work and clear your energy center and to feel more connected and aligned to your infinite Self. Each week you'll receive a full body balancing reiki session to help clear and ground your energy. In addition, an affirmation will be given that's connected to the week's chakra to help bring you mindful moments throughout your days ahead. Come as you are. Sit back, relax and receive. The term chakra, which literally means “wheel” in Sanskrit, referring to one of points within your energy system. Each energy point acts as a wheel, spinning and vibrating with energy. The higher the frequency of vibration, the more in balance your chakras will be. Ideally, you want your chakras to be open, balanced, aligned, and activated. This basically means that all of your chakras are vibrating at a high frequency. When this occurs, you will feel more emotionally balanced, secure in your thoughts and feelings, and physically well. Balanced and activated chakras will help you to feel more comfortable dealing with the challenges life throws at you. Having balanced energy helps you to feel more present and at peace. Week One - The Root and Earth Star Chakra : Monday, April 17th Week Two - The Sacral Chakra : Monday, April 24th Week Three - The Solar Plexus : Monday, May 1st Week Four - The Heart Chakra : Monday, May 15th Week Five - The Throat Chakra : Monday, May 22nd Week Six - The Third Eye : Monday, May 29th Week Seven - The Crown and Soul Star Chakra : Thursday, June 1st Time: 6-7 EST Where: Zoom **When you purchase a plan be advised that you must still sign up for each Monday session that you'd like to attend in order to receive the correct zoom link** You may sign up for individual offerings or if you wish to join me for the full 7 weeks, you will receive the 7th one for free. For cancellations of one on one appointments, please try your best to give 24 hours notice so that the time slot can be open for others. For the cancelation of any group workshops we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. If you have purchased a spot in advanced, we can offer you a credit to use in the future.
