Saturday, February 10th 4:00-7:00 Theme: The Art Of Receiving ​ With the energy of the February new moon and the start of the Lunar New Year we will sit together and drop into the energy of receiving. Join Trista at Sacred Space for an afternoon of deep meditation, connection and healing.  ​ Have you found yourself always giving? Is it difficult for you to relax and allow yourself to simply receive? For this circle we will practice a few tools to help you begin to make space in your life to receive.including meditation, gentle breathwork and more. Learn how to connect with your voice to help heal and balance your chakra energies. No singing skills necessary here. This is all about toning and feeling the vibrations move through your body. We will work with chakra energies, the voice, and we'll work together opening our hearts to empower each other to receive whatever our mind, body and spirit need most.  ​ Experience a group healing through chanting and a mini intuitive guidance session during our circle chakra chant. Be ready to feel deeply loved, nourished and supported.  ​ Please bring a cozy blanket, journal, and your open heart. I will be offering hot tea, water and a few vegan snacks.  ​ Only 8 spots open for this circle... Exchange: $49

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of one on one appointments, please try your best to give 24 hours notice so that the time slot can be open for others. For the cancelation of any group workshops we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. If you have purchased a spot in advanced, we can offer you a credit to use in the future. You may call, text or email me to cancel or change your appointment or if you have any questions. FOR THE SACRED CONNECTIONS ONE DAY WOMEN'S RETREAT: * A full refund can be received if you contact us no later than 2 weeks before the event. After September 30th, no refunds will be given but your registration can be transferred to someone else that wishes to attend.
