Group Meditation & Reiki Healing

Service Description

Are you ready to love and nurture your body and spirit even more? Sign up for Trista's Group Distance Meditation and Reiki healing to invite peace and balance into your mind, body and spirit. We will meet via ZOOM and welcome each other in an opening circle. Then, sit back relax, get comfy and cozy as you are guided on a gentle meditation while Trista sends healing Reiki energy to the group. Energy knows no bounds and will come to you no matter what the distance. The sacred energy we share while in a group healing can be potent and powerful. Trista will share any messages to the group to empower and uplift your spirits. At the close of our session the circle will be open to share your experience or just listen while others share theirs. Reiki *can increase your energy *decrease pain and stress *help you feel more open and loving *improve sleep *clear your mind *balance, ground and center your energy *improve your emotional state ....and so much more Reiki is pure loving energy. Trista will surround the Reiki group with positive, uplifting, safe and sacred energy. She is always guided by the most loving energies including ascended reiki masters, angels, spirit guides, spirit animals, divine universal energy and all energies that are of the highest of love and light. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of one on one appointments, please try your best to give 24 hours notice so that the time slot can be open for others. For the cancelation of any group workshops we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. If you have purchased a spot in advanced, we can offer you a credit to use in the future.
