Join Trista for a virtually guided meditation and reiki energy clearing to help support you during the powerful energy portals each month. This month we'll meet on 5/5. The 5/5 portal is one of dynamic change and freedom. With the energy of the number 5, this day is about embracing shifts, letting go of fear and moving towards adventure. Come as you are to this 45 minute offering via zoom. We'll begin with a brief opening about the energies of the day, then be guided on a gentle reiki energy clearing meditation as you're invited to sit back, relax and receive this balancing and peaceful energy. No experience necessary. I can't wait to hold this restorative space for you! When we sit in circle we have the opportunity to feel the love and support of community. Cancellation Policy
Please note our workshop cancelation policy: We will not process refunds, however you may receive studio credit as long as you cancel 24hours prior to workshop start time. Cancelations with less than 24hours notice do not receive refunds or studio credit. We know that life happens sometimes and doesn't allow for us to keep our plans. Please try your best to cancel as soon as possible to allow someone else to register for the class. Often we have a waitlist and the more notice the better. Thank you! If you need to cancel your private session, please reach out to Trista as soon as possible. Pre-payment is not necessary for single private sessions but will be necessary for package sessions.
