Sacred Healing Breathwork is a powerful healing tool that can be used to assist in spiritual and emotional healing. Using a circular breath you'll begin to turn off the mind chatter and move into a deep meditative state. Sacred Healing Breathwork is a breathing technique that assists in getting out of your ego brain (thinker/doer) and more connected to your higher soul self as you go on a journey inward. When we use our conscious breath in connection with sound vibration (ie: loud music designed to move energetically through the body) the full-self is activated and awakened. Using the breath, we enter an "altered" consciousness to assist in this beautiful transformation. This is not a quiet meditation. You are encouraged to call back all parts of yourself, feeling all the emotions and allowing them to be seen, heard, felt and healed.
