Sound and Reiki Meditation

Have you been looking for a weeknight offering that will help you relax, feel more at peace and present in your life? Join Trista for an evening of blissful sound healing, gentle guided meditation, soft conscious breathing and healing reiki energy. Come as you are to Sacred Space. A beautiful studio set in the woods on Trista's home property. Bring a cozy blanket, pillow, eye mask and journal. You'll be guided on a journey to connect with your body, heart and spirit as you are held in the sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, drums, rattles and more....and as we close out the meditation you'll each receive a few moments of hands on Reiki energy to help smooth, balance and ground your loving energy. The sound vibrations and reiki resonate with the energetic centers of the body. They can help balance and activate the energy centers, supporting a sense of empowerment, peace, calm and healing. This offering is sure to soothe your nervous system and have you leaving with an open heart ready for the next moments in your life. At each offering hot tea, water and a small vegan snack will be available to help us ground after our meditation. I look forward to holding this space for you! Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of one on one appointments, please try your best to give 24 hours notice so that the time slot can be open for others. For the cancelation of any group workshops we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. If you have purchased a spot in advanced, we can offer you a credit to use in the future. You may call, text or email me to cancel or change your appointment or if you have any questions. FOR THE SACRED CONNECTIONS ONE DAY WOMEN'S RETREAT: * A full refund can be received if you contact us no later than 2 weeks before the event. After September 30th, no refunds will be given but your registration can be transferred to someone else that wishes to attend.
