Come together at Sacred Space as we celebrate the upcoming winter solstice, the longest night of the year. This timeless celestial event highlights the peak of darkness, serving as a reminder of nature's cycles and the promise of renewal. Step out of the rush and into the sacred stillness. Spend time disconnecting from the external pressures and reconnecting with your inner rhythm. We will honor the shadows and the pause, trusting that just as the light begins its slow return, the seeds of our intentions have had time to take root. ​​ The Sacred Slowdown is a half day women's retreat where we'll focus on deep rest and renewal, intention setting and nourishing connections. Begin the day with A Golden Light Invocation ceremony, a heart opening practice to focus on the deep nurturing warmth of our inner light and slow return on the sun. Followed by a warm and hearty soup, tasty treats, teas and coffee. After lunch learn about and create a year ahead oracle card spread to help you navigate the upcoming year with intention. We'll close the day with a candlelight guided meditation infused with hands on reiki energy that offers a sense of deep nourishment and balance as you close out the year.
