Join Trista Price as she welcomes Heather Schwartz, an Intuitive Guide and Energy Psychic from Heart & Soul Alchemy to co-host a four hour immersion as we clear away the outside noise and return to center. Together we will move through a deep, beautiful arc of honoring yourself and honing your spiritual gifts. ​What to Expect: ​Arrive At 12:45. Settle in, grab a cup of tea, and arrive. We'll begin promptly at 1:00 with an opening circle. ​In this cozy retreat, you'll be guided to experience several ways to open your intuition in embodied ways: ​ -experience a simple yet powerful intuitive writing practice -chakra toning -collective energy work that will support each woman and to ground the day's energy back into the physical world -hand-craft an Earth Medicine Pouch - a weighted, tactile anchor to carry with you -closing circle: enjoy a variety of delicious gf/vegan goodies as we reflect on the day ​ Take home a sacred writing practice that will honor your whole self and soul as you invite your intuition to help guide you through your life.
