Monthly Energy Meditation and Reiki

Join Trista for a virtually guided meditation and reiki energy clearing to help support you during the powerful energy portals each month. In numerology, the number three is associated with creativity, self-expression, and spiritual growth, and represents the trinity of mind, body, and spirit. This makes the 3/3 portal a particularly powerful time for tapping into our innate creativity, embracing our unique voice, and connecting with our higher selves. During this month's meditation expect a guided journey helping you to bring balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit through breath, light and intention. Come as you are to this 45 minute offering via zoom. We'll begin with a brief opening about the energies of the day, then be guided on a gentle reiki energy clearing meditation as you're invited to sit back, relax and receive this balancing and peaceful energy. No experience necessary. I can't wait to hold this restorative space for you! When we sit in circle we have the opportunity to feel the love and support of community.
