Are you looking for a private, one on one breathwork session? Let's connect. Experience a tailor made session just for you to support you where you are on your healing journey. During your breathwork journey you will have the chance to: -Release limiting belief systems and self-defeating patterns -Receive clarity of mind -Heal emotional trauma -Feel empowered -Clear and energize your body -Balance your nervous system -Gain trust in your intuition and inner navigational system -Release what no longer serves you -Open up to receive more love and support -Step into deeper alignment with your Sacred Purpose -Close out the session with process your journey to help integration Everyone’s experience is different, and each experience is unique. Each time you show up for it, breathwork takes you wherever you need to go. ***Before your breathwork journey we will connect for a short Intuitive Guidance session and learn how to do the breathwork. Reach out with a time that works for you and then expect to have a free 20 minute phone consultation before we meet to discuss how I can best support you. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of one on one appointments, please try your best to give 24 hours notice so that the time slot can be open for others. For the cancelation of any group workshops we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice. If you have purchased a spot for a group event and have canceled at least 24 hrs in advance, we can offer you a credit to use in the future. Credits will not be given if canceled the day of the event. You may call, text or email me to cancel or change your appointment or if you have any questions. Thank you for your kindness.
