For 3 days we'll immerse ourselves in heart-expanding experiences, surrounded by the beauty and sacred energy of New Harmony, IN. ​Travel with your soul sisters or enjoy a solo trip to this unique and quaint town as you step away from the busyness of life and press pause to nourish your mind, body and spirit. As the autumn leaves begin to fall and the earth turns towards the quiet of winter, we are invited to gently restore our connection within. In the midst of the October twilight, we are called to step into the energy of the West - the place of the setting sun, deep introspection, connection, and release. Ritual and Renewal is an intimate, overnight sanctuary designed for 20 women to rest, gather with intention, meet heart to heart, and allow ourselves to be fully seen. Just show up as you are. Together we will enter the "inner cave" and let our divine selves emerge. This weekend is not about doing, achieving, or perfecting. It is a soft, deeply held container for your nervous system to untangle. Feel more alive in your body through embodied movement, emotional release practices, sacred sharing circles, contemplative journaling and candlelit ceremony.
