Join Trista at Sacred Space as we welcome in the Spring Equinox. Together we'll shed the "winter skin" and make space for new growth immersing ourselves into the medicine of the Earth and the light of the Sun. Begin the day engaging in a Guided Shamanic Drum Journey to meet your seasonal animal guide. This isn't just a vision; it's an intuitive discovery of the "medicine" or strength that's available to assist you during this chapter of your life. Followed by The Council of Totems: We'll give voice to our animal guides, claiming our intentions in a supportive community of women. Break for Lunch: Catered by Trista, enjoy a nourishing lunch, tasty treats, teas and coffee. (all foods are plant based and gluten free) After lunch we'll ground with The Solar Despacho Ceremony: A traditional Andean - inspired earth offering. We will weave together seeds, flower petals, and symbolic elements to anchor our prayers and totem energies into a physical mandala. Close the day with meditation, chanting and ritual as we "crack the seed" of our potential and energetically step through the solar portal. Experience a wonderful day at Sacred Space, where you'll emerge feeling revitalized and renewed! Immerse yourself in the comfort of Trista's studio in Bloomington, IN, and take away helpful tools to enhance your everyday life! Cancellation Policy
Please note our workshop cancelation policy: We will not process refunds, however you may receive studio credit as long as you cancel 24hours prior to workshop start time. Cancelations with less than 24hours notice do not receive refunds or studio credit. We know that life happens sometimes and doesn't allow for us to keep our plans. Please try your best to cancel as soon as possible to allow someone else to register for the class. Often we have a waitlist and the more notice the better. Thank you! If you need to cancel your private session, please reach out to Trista as soon as possible. Pre-payment is not necessary for single private sessions but will be necessary for package sessions.
