Join Trista at Sacred Space as we welcome in the Spring Equinox. Together we'll shed the "winter skin" and make space for new growth immersing ourselves into the medicine of the Earth and the light of the Sun.
Begin the day engaging in a Guided Shamanic Drum Journey to meet your seasonal animal guide. This isn't
just a vision; it's an intuitive discovery of the "medicine" or strength that's available to assist you during
this chapter of your life.
Followed by The Council of Totems: We'll give voice to our animal guides, claiming our intentions in a supportive community of women.
Break for Lunch: Catered by Trista, enjoy a nourishing lunch, tasty treats, teas and coffee. (all foods are plant based and gluten free)
After lunch we'll ground with The Solar Despacho Ceremony: A traditional Andean - inspired earth offering. We will weave together seeds, flower petals, and symbolic elements to anchor our prayers and totem energies into a physical mandala.
Close the day with meditation, chanting and ritual as we "crack the seed" of our potential and energetically step through the solar portal.

She helps women connect to their own beautiful energy and spirit empowering them to experience impactful and abundant lives. Offering energy balancing and practical guidance for navigating life with clarity, truth and hope. Trista will support you in becoming more connected to living your life in alignment with your spiritual, emotional and physical well being.

*We will have yummy and healthy vegan and gluten free snacks available throughout the day. Please let me know if you have ANY dietary needs, dislikes when you register. I want to make sure there is plenty of nourishing foods for everyone. Water, hot teas and decaf coffee with non dairy creamers will also be readily available.
Refund Policy
* A full refund can be received if you contact Trista no later than 2 weeks before the event. After March 8th, no refunds will be given but your registration can be transferred to someone else that wishes to attend. Please contact us in advance if you are planning on transferring your spot. We often have a waiting list for these retreats. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible so others can plan. Thank you!
Who's Invited?
Anyone who identifies as a woman is welcome, 18 years and up. When we gather together, women of all ages, to share our stories and wisdom we can be enlightened and empowered by each other. This circle offers a supportive, kind and compassionate environment. Come as you are and feel welcomed and celebrated. Our circles are small and intimate with a limit of 8 women.
Are We Affiliated With Any Religion?
*There is no religion associated with this retreat. We welcome all levels of spirituality. This will be a day of connecting deeply to your heart, body and spirit. We are coming together to not only to be supported by a sacred circle of women but to also go on an inward journey to deepen our connection to Self, Universe, Mother Earth and to all of life around us.
What happens if the host needs to cancel?
*In the rare happening of sickness, bad weather or emergency Trista will offer an alternative date to reschedule. If you are unable to attend on the decided date, she will refund your money.
Where is Healing Sacred Space?
*Sacred Space is a private studio on Trista's property. It's located in south Bloomington, IN close to the Starlite Drive In. An exact address will be given after you have registered. Often our business emails end up in folks junk box. Please make sure to check all inboxes. Reach out if you need further directions.
