Grab your coffee/tea and join Trista virtually on Sunday, June 7th as we gather together to bring you back home to yourself. Each time we meet, we'll spend a few minutes exploring a small teaching - a practical tool for your energetic toolkit - followed by a sensory rich guided meditation and distance reiki. This won't be about complex visualizations; it's about feeling. Feeling the weight of the floor, the rhythm of your breath, and the steady glow of your own light. June can bring a beautiful wave of high - summer energy. We can feel the push to do more, socialize more, and say yes to everything. But when our inner fire burns too hot, it can quickly turn into a frantic buzz and we can even burn out. Join Trista for a 45 minute virtual sanctuary designed to help you consciously channel this season of heat in order to sustain the momentum. Together we will shift the "bonfire" energy to a steady, powerful inner glow that fuels your passions without draining your nervous system. Join me for a bit of reprieve as we call ourselves back, anchor in and reconnect to our inner flame with gentle somatic breath, grounding mindfulness and soothing reiki. Claim your peace amidst the busyness of summer. Cancellation Policy
Please note our workshop cancelation policy: We do not process refunds. For some of our workshops a credit can be given as long as there is a 24 hour notice. For cancelations less than 24 hours no credit will be given. For The Summer Solstice Women's Circle, refunds are available until June 6th. After June 6th there will be no refunds or credits given. Your admission can be transferred to another woman. Thank you for understanding. We know that life happens sometimes and doesn't allow for us to keep our plans. Please try your best to cancel as soon as possible to allow someone else to register for the class. Often we have a waitlist and the more notice the better. Thank you! If you need to cancel your private session, please reach out to Trista as soon as possible. Pre-payment is not necessary for single private sessions but will be necessary for package sessions.
