During these sessions, you will be guided by Trista Price, who is not only an experienced Energy Intuitive and Reiki Master but also a skilled Breathwork Facilitator. Trista will initiate each session with a brief yet insightful check-in, allowing you to set clear and personalized intentions for your healing journey. This initial conversation is crucial in ensuring that your unique needs and goals are addressed throughout the experience. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the transformative power of Healing Sacred Space, which combines various healing modalities to facilitate profound inner work and energetic alignment. The aim is for you to emerge from these sessions with a renewed sense of vitality, clarity, and alignment. Then sit back and be guided on a gentle meditation surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal healing bowls and gentle music. (If we meet virtually I will curate a beautiful song mix that will bring healing during our meditation) 2nd One Hour session: Include a brief check in and a restorative Reiki energy session.
