Are you seeking ritual, stillness and community during the holidays? You're invited to experience a sacred pause before the end of the year as we welcome in the energies of the Winter Solstice. Join Trista at Sacred Space on Sunday, December 21st from 3:00-5:30. As the longest night of the year descends upon us, the Winter Solstice calls us to pause, surrender and replenish our deepest resources. This sacred women's circle is an invitation to step away from the holiday hustle and honor the essential need for rest. Join us for 2.5 hours of deep release and energetic renewal as we consciously enter the quiet wisdom of the darkest night. This circle is designed to nurture your body, soothe your nervous system, and restore your energetic well being. Chanting, Guided Meditation and Reiki Energy Bring a cozy blanket, journal, pen, and your beautiful heart ready to receive. There will be hot teas, water and a small snack to help ground our energies at the closing circle. Exchange: $55

Cancellation Policy
Please note our workshop cancelation policy: We will not process refunds, however you may receive studio credit as long as you cancel 24hours prior to workshop start time. Cancelations with less than 24hours notice do not receive refunds or studio credit. We know that life happens sometimes and doesn't allow for us to keep our plans. Please try your best to cancel as soon as possible to allow someone else to register for the class. Often we have a waitlist and the more notice the better. Thank you! If you need to cancel your private session, please reach out to Trista as soon as possible. Pre-payment is not necessary for single private sessions but will be necessary for package sessions.
